Support Opportunities for PECI 2012

The Joint Student Chapter invites your organization to be a PECI 2012 supporter. As a supporter, representatives from Illinois Center for a Smarter Electric Grid will interact with outstanding students, faculty and other company representatives from the Power and Energy Systems area. The support-options listed below elaborate on the various levels of support; we would also welcome other support or in-kind donations.

We will provide attending Professional Engineers with Professional Development Hour (PDH) certificates for up to a maximum of 18 hours.

Support Options for PECI 2012

Friday Dinner Banquet Supporter: $3,500

  • Recognition during the conference
  • Opportunity to give a presentation of up to 50 minutes
  • Three complimentary conference registrations
  • Company brochures will be inserted in the conference packet

Saturday Luncheon Supporter: $2,500

  • Recognition during the conference
  • Opportunity to give a presentation of up to 25 minutes
  • Two complimentary conference registrations
  • Company brochures will be inserted in the conference packet

Friday Luncheon Supporter: $1,800

  • Recognition during the conference
  • Opportunity to give a presentation of up to 25 minutes
  • One complimentary conference registration
  • Company brochures will be inserted in the conference packet

Session Supporter: $800 per session

  • Recognition during the conference
  • One complimentary conference registration
  • Company brochures will be inserted in the conference packet

Breakfast Supporter: $500 per session

  • Recognition during the conference
  • Opportunity to set up a booth to display products/services
  • Company brochures will be inserted in the conference packet

Refreshments Supporter: $250

  • Recognition at the conference
  • Company brochures will be inserted in the conference packet

Student Supporter: $100 per student

  • Company brochures will be inserted in the conference packet
  • Recognition on the student(s)' name tag(s)

Note: Upon pledge of their support, all supporters will be recognized on the event website, publicity materials, conference agenda and other conference material.
