Attendees may book their reservation online at www.stayatthei.com.
- Click on the orange "Attendee Code" button on the bottom of the left column
- Enter the "Attendee Code" APAE
- Continue reservation process
Note: Based on the contract with the hotel, group reservations have a cut-off date of one month prior to the event (1/23/2012). After that date, any rooms not reserved will be available for general sale. Hence to get a group discount, attendees are encouraged to make a reservation before 1/23/2012.
